How It Works
1. Share a Lead
Send information about a property owner who may need help selling, listing, or managing a property. 2. The Lead Is Verified
The lead must be new, include valid contact information, and meet TMG Realty’s program requirements. The property owner must also know that they may be contacted. 3. Receive $50
Eligible participants receive a $50 flat reward per verified lead. The reward is not dependent on a sale, listing agreement, contract, or completed transaction.

What Cannot Be Accepted
Properties already listed with a licensed real estate agent Leads submitted by licensed agents or brokerage staff Leads without usable contact information Names or addresses obtained through data scraping or online databases Leads where the property owner has not been informed that they may be contacted
