Meet Rachel
I'm Rachel Esau, a REALTOR® with the Racion Elite Team at TMG Realty, and I believe real estate should be about more than simply buying a house.
I’m originally from Liberia, previously lived in New Jersey, and have proudly called Ohio home for more than 10 years. I’m also a real estate investor, and Airbnb Superhost, which gives me a practical perspective on what property ownership can really mean.
When I work with clients, I want you to think beyond the purchase price. I want you to consider affordability, long-term value, return on investment, financial freedom, and how real estate can create leverage for your future.
I never want you to buy stress just to say you own a home. I want you to buy a home you genuinely love, can comfortably afford, and feel confident owning.
To me, real estate is personal. I believe in clear communication, honest guidance, and helping you understand every step without pressure.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife who loves spending time at the park, cooking, dancing, traveling, and helping my friends and family.
My goal is to help you buy with strategy, build with purpose, and move toward greater freedom.
